ANRF Joined Youth Advocates, Coalition Leaders, and Community Partners at the Annual CADCA Forum

National Harbor, MD —Last week, Traci Kennedy and Liz Williams joined thousands of youth advocates, coalition leaders, and community partners at the annual CADCA Forum at National Harbor, MD. Together, Liz and Traci offered back to back workshops on the basics of smokefree policy change, as well as an overview of a hot topic in the field, “Culture Vultures: Exposing industry tactics to exploit cultural norms to renormalize smoking and secondhand smoke exposure.”

Traci was also a featured panelist in “The Work Is Not Over: Tobacco and E-Cigarette Prevention in a Changing World” discussing the importance of tobacco prevention work despite changes in federal structure and funding with Dr. Brian King, Executive VP of US Programs at the Campaign for Tobacco Free Kids, and Minou Jones, Founder of Making it Count Community Development Foundation. Team ANRF is in high demand keeping pace with the training and technical assistance needs of the field.
