Three years ago, the Ho-Chunk Nation took a huge step toward good health for their people and workers. The Ho-Chunk Madison Casino went from being filled with dangerous secondhand smoke to completely smokefree. This is another example of how successful smokefree casinos can be for employees and the public.
Learn more about this significant change for health by watching a 6-minute video by the Wisconsin Native American Tobacco Network, Great Lakes Inter-Tribal Council. It covers the traditional, cultural strengthening use of native tobacco and the transition to smokefree for the Ho-Chunk Casino in Madison, Wisconsin.
