Begin your legacy with us by joining the Smokefree Air Society
Your support of ANR and ANR Foundation has given millions of people cleaner, safer air to breathe. For over 45 years, and even through a worldwide pandemic, ANR has maintained the staff and resources to assist communities as they fight for smokefree air. We fight on because nearly half of the U.S. population still lives without a strong smokefree air law. If we are unable to push forward we face the very serious risk of losing ground.
To ensure ANR continues the fight far into the future, we established the Smokefree Air Society. This is ANR’s legacy giving society, made up of individuals like you who are committed to a smokefree future. Members of the Smokefree Air Society have chosen to recognize ANR or the ANR Foundation in their wills and estate plans, or have named ANR or ANRF as a beneficiary in a retirement or insurance plan.
Remembering us in your estate plans will help us remain equipped to fight Big Tobacco and achieve a smokefree society for future generations.

Non-probate assets
Do you have an IRA, 401(k), life-insurance policy, or any other assets not included in your will? If so, these are called non-probate assets and you must plan your beneficiaries for them separately. Use this online tool to make your plans and designate us as a beneficiary of one or more of these assets.
