Tricia Lew is an Information Specialist who helps produce the Daily News Summaries and the weekly Research Citations emails for ANR Foundation staff and members. These digests help advocates identify the health effects of second and third-hand smoke, electronic cigarette vapor, and marijuana smoke exposure and identify trends in tobacco policy and the tobacco industry’s efforts to derail them. In addition, Tricia helps maintain the Tobacco Industry Tracking Database© and a research database by identifying, obtaining, indexing, and abstracting key articles and research studies. Prior to joining ANRF in 2000, Tricia worked in a similar capacity at the Marin Institute for Alcohol and Other Drugs, which she joined in 1990 while finishing her bachelor’s degree at the University of California Berkeley.
